Mica M / Cogetherm M / Pamitherm® M is a type of mica board insulation sheet that is manufactured from a paper comprising flakes of muscovite mica, which is impregnated with resin and agglomerated to form a laminate. Mica M / Cogetherm M / Pamitherm M has the highest resistance to pressure and is the most recommended for complicated cut pieces. Mica is a naturally occurring silicate mineral. Mica’s slate-like structure allows it to be split into extremely thin, flat, transparent or translucent sheets. These sheets are pressure resistant, and are very stable when exposed to extreme temperatures, electricity, moisture, and light.

Mica M / Cogetherm M / Pamitherm M Advantages:

  • Mica M / Cogetherm M / Pamitherm M is a board designed for use under very stringent conditions. Excellent resistance to heat and even to open flames, low thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation, good mechanical resistance and it is impervious to most chemical substances, in particular oil and grease.
