MONOLUX® is a rigid calcium silicate insulation board designed for high temperature insulation and industrial thermal applications. MONOLUX® can be used in applications including load bearing pipe supports, heat shields, structural thermal separations, furnace bottom boards, dryer walls, and other high temperature insulation systems. MONOLUX® can be accurately machined, cut, drilled, and fabricated using specialized processing equipment and appropriate tools. The fine material structure allows for precision machining and close tolerances in both shop and field fabrication environments. Promat® impregnations are also available to help protect against water absorption and aggressive atmospheres.
MONOLUX® is designed for long-term performance in high temperature environments up to 1000°C and provides a reliable insulation solution for industrial applications requiring strength, thermal efficiency, and durability.
